Two Projects to Help Dacorum's Ethnic Community
The work of the Dacorum Council for Voluntary Services
(DCVS) based in Hemel Hempstead helps give a voice to members
of the ethnic community who might otherwise feel isolated.
Dacorum's ethnic population is a small one at just
4% and is scattered across the district with the biggest groups
being those of Chinese and Asian origin.
The work of DCVS is supported by the police, the
PCT and the Councils.
