Community Action against litter
Residents’ Associations, Neighbourhood Watch
schemes, schools and youth clubs often organise special litter
picking days to clean up their area.
The Council will supply bin bags, a caged van and
special tools called “litter pick sticks” so that
volunteers do not have to touch the rubbish.
