APPEAL FOR WITNESSES AFTER ROAD TRAFFIC COLLISION


POLICE are appealing for information and witnesses after a road traffic collision near Bourne End last night (Sunday, February 28) where a man sadly died.

The incident occurred at 11.20pm on the westbound carriageway of the A41. For reasons unknown at this stage, a red Peugeot 407 was in collision with a bridge parapet.

Sadly the driver, a man in his 50s from Shropshire, suffered injuries which proved fatal at the scene.
