Neighbourhood Watch Explained
 Over
20,000 households in Dacorum are covered by Neighbourhood Watch
schemes with over 740 watches.
Most of the big insurance companies now offer a
discount of up to 15% on contents insurance premiums for scheme
members.
If you want to form a scheme, the first step is
to talk to a few neighbours. When you feel there is enough interest
