A NEW FACE ON THE BEAT IN BOXMOOR AND CHAULDEN


Ellie PhillipsTHERE is a new face on the beat in Boxmoor and Chaulden – PC Ellie Phillips from the Hemel Hempstead Safer Neighbourhoods Team.

PC Phillips, who has just joined the Safer Neighbourhoods team, has been a police officer for six years and has spent the majority of her working career as an intervention officer in Hemel Hempstead.

Pc Phillips, who is also a mum to an eighteen month old daughter, said: “I am very much looking forward to being a neighbourhood officer in Boxmoor and Chaulden and getting to know the community there.

“We already have excellent contacts in that area and I am hoping to be able to do a lot of pro-active work for the good of the community. I thoroughly enjoy working on intervention but you are responding to calls all of the time and I am looking forward to having the time for pre- active policing at the heart of the community.”

PC Phillips will join PCSO Daniel Mac Manus and PCSO Lee Jevon covering Boxmoor and Chaulden.
