– PC Ellie Phillips from the Hemel Hempstead Safer
Neighbourhoods Team.
PC Phillips, who has just joined the Safer Neighbourhoods
team, has been a police officer for six years and
has spent the majority of her working career as an
intervention officer in Hemel Hempstead.
Pc Phillips, who is also a mum to an eighteen month
old daughter, said: “I am very much looking forward
to being a neighbourhood officer in Boxmoor and Chaulden
and getting to know the community there.
“We already have excellent contacts in that area and
I am hoping to be able to do a lot of pro-active work
for the good of the community. I thoroughly enjoy
working on intervention but you are responding to
calls all of the time and I am looking forward to
having the time for pre- active policing at the heart
of the community.”
