RELEASE E-FIT OF MAN THEY WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO IN
RELATION TO AN INCIDENT – HEMEL
DETECTIVES
in Hemel Hempstead have released an e-fit of a man
they would like to speak to in relation to an incident
which occurred at Hemel Hempstead train station on
October 25th.
The incident happened shortly after 11 am.
The victim, a 50-year-old man from Mill Hill, had
arranged to meet two men at the train station to give
them money as a deposit for a rental property.
Two men allegedly met the victim at Hemel Hemsptead
train station and all three travelled towards Hemel
town centre in a silver Mercedes.
The car is then believed to have stopped in a lay-by
on Station Road just before the canal bridge and the
men then asked for the money before hitting the victim
and taking his cash.
Both men are described as being very smartly dressed.
Detectives are keen to speak with the man pictured
who is described as being around 35-years-old and
5ft 8ins tall.
Detective Sergeant Marc Willmore, who is investigating
the incident, said: “We are keen to speak with this
man as we believe he may have vital information which
could help our investigation.
“I would urge this man to contact us or anyone who
may know who this man is to get in touch with police
immediately.”
